What do we know about the brewing feud between Mr Eazi and Pappy Kojo?

Ghanaian rapper, Pappy Kojo has been dominating the trends since the start of the year with his single “Koobi” and the follow EP to that, “Logos Hope.” But for the past few days, he’s been in the conversation for another reason. The rapper has been granting interviews to promote his latest projects and in the process, he’s dropped some information on his relationship with Nigerian singer and EMPAWA boss, Mr Eazi.

Pappy Kojo claims, after helping Mr Eazi into the limelight by featuring on his single “Bankulize” for absolutely nothing, the latter wanted to call shots for him down the line.

The Ghanaian rapper released a song in 2017 called “Abena” which featured Mr Eazi, and according to Pappy Kojo, Mr Eazi wanted his verse to come first on the song which he didn’t honor so the Nigerian took offense to it. 2 years later, Pappy Kojo and Mr Eazi appeared on the 2019 smash single “Akwaaba,” put together by Guiltybeatz, which later saw a Latin remix done containing Pappy Kojo’s vocals but no writing and performance credits, and royalties have been given to him.

This has raised certain questions from the Ghanaian rapper and he’s calling out his former collaborator to demand some answers. Mr Eazi is yet to answer to the allegations as new revelations keep coming out by the day.
