KQ The Artist, debuts his collaborative project ‘Support Is All We Got.’

It began with the decision of the producer and DJ KQ The Artist to support his favorite artists as much as possible when he could because of his appreciation of their art: be it through social media or in real life. SIAWG signifies the the essence of “SUPPORT” in its truest form.

The project idea began with a couple of loops from Wolf Bite’s loop pack ‘HNDR’, from which KQ made one beat but in five variations, then he reached out to a couple of musicians he had been working with for a while and posed the question, “Support Is All We Got, what do you think?” This resulted in each artist sharing their perspective of support and what they have experienced throughout their journey in the music industry so far. The nature of the instrumentals make the six songs feel like one big unending track. It features BIG ENERGY, Nicklas Kragbé, NINE99, Kwame Universe, Summit Boahen, Jon Foli, Sekend King, SETOR HIMSELF, Gyidi and FNBons.

SIAWG is not KQ asking for support, but rather him showing how important it is to support your favorite artists as much as you can, whenever you can, no matter the form or extent. Because at the end of the day all, support is all we got.
